As a child I was blessed to have been able to visit Disneyland Paris four times. I have been twice in Summer and twice during Christmas. It is fair to say I hold a lot of happy memories there and it truly is the most magical place on earth.

As my 21st approaches in June, me and my mum decided after all the sadness of the past few years we needed a holiday and where else better to go for my birthday other than Disney!

To say I am excited would be an understatement. I cherish Disney so close to my heart, not only from Childhood memories of watching the videos or visiting the park itself, but now from adulthood as it still brings me so much happiness. There is nothing quite like a traditional Disney movie. And in my opinion you can never be too old for Disney!

So here are 10 things on my bucket list ready for June that I have to do whilst in Disneyland Paris. I have stolen some beautiful pictures from Pinterest as obviously I don't have my own at the moment, but 100% sure I will be coming home with hundreds.

1. Take a selfie in front of the Sleeping Beauty castle

It's probably the first thing you see once you get into the park and everyone needs a selfie.

2. Dine with royalty

We have booked a lunch date with the princesses/princes and I cannot wait! I basically should be a Disney princess myself anyway...

3. Meet the boss man himself

& his better half of course.

4. Watching the daytime/nighttime parade

I remember the parades as being magical both day and night, and they are certainly something I am eager to see again!

5. Photograph everything, I repeat EVERYTHING

I'm talking everything from the balloons to the pavement.

6. Visit Cafe Mickey

Again, we have booked a breakfast and on my birthday a tea at Cafe Mickey. We have been every time since we visited Disney and loved it! It's a tradition!

7. See Alice's curious labyrinth

Alice in Wonderland is one of my favourite childhood stories and I equally loved the Disney version too.

8. Visit Walt Disney Studios

The neighbour to the Disney Park, this is a must do on and Disneyland Paris travellers bucket list.

9. Go for the park opening and stay until closing time

If you stay at a Disney hotel you are allowed at the park earlier and later than the general public. This is something I plan to take advantage of!

10. Ride the teacups

Okay, I'm no thrill seeker and this is about my level.

Ah June please hurry up! Have you ever been to a Disney park before? Or are you Disney obsessed like me?

    1. Okay, I have written that one down! I agree I think as you get older you can 'soak' up the atmosphere more. And I can't wait to have a Disney themed cocktail!x

  4. I went to Disneyland Paris when I was younger! Sadly it was long before the days of selfies and bucket lists, so I just went around with an amazing sense of awe. I remember the tea cups as if it were yesterday, though! I'm sure you'll love it.
